30-Day Challenge


Choose one goal in each of five areas:

  1. Physical
  2. Mental
  3. Professional
  4. Relationship
  5. Wild Card**

                    **Choose the area where you want to ‘double down’.  In that area, choose a second goal.


Write a simple, measurable goal that you can perform each day. For example, I will drink 2 litres of water each day.  Or, I will get up at 6:00am each day.  Or, I will write about how I am feeling for 20 minutes each day.  Or, I will meditate for 5 minutes each day.

If it is too easy, then there is no growth, so get specific and challenge yourself.

Remind yourself why you want to achieve this goal.  Why is accomplishing this goal more compelling than the temporary discomfort of changing your behaviours?

IMPORTANT:  Monitor for 30 days.  If you miss a day, start over again at Day 1.  Don’t give up!  This is your chance to show up for yourself.  Transformation requires challenge.

Post your goals in our POWER Productivity Facebook Group.  Studies show that declaring your intention to other people can help keep you motivated to stay on track when you encounter obstacles.  And you will encounter obstacles!  Anticipate those obstacles and your response in advance and you are 10x more likely to achieve your goal.  Good luck!!
